Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe

Salad
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 pc Egg yolk optional
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and egg yolk (if using) to the dressing, and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. In a separate large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
