  • 200 g Tortilla chips
  • 150 g Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 100 g Cooked ground beef or chicken optional
  • 50 g Sliced jalapeños
  • 100 g Salsa
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Guacamole

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef or chicken, if using.
  5. Top with sliced jalapeños.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
