Frosting Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, beating until combined.
Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
