- 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 3 pcs Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce canned
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
- 1 cup Beef Broth
1. Blend chipotle peppers, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
2. Place beef in slow cooker. Pour blended mixture over beef. Add bay leaves and beef broth.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender and easily shredded.
4. Shred beef with two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker.
