Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Diced chicken breast
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
- 2 pcs Green onions, chopped
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Remove from wok and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add frozen peas and carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and pour beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
5. Add cooked rice, cooked chicken, and soy sauce to the wok. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
