Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
