Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, ground cumin, and ground coriander. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. Add turmeric, cumin, paprika, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. In a separate pan, cook marinated chicken until fully cooked. Add cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
