Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
