Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. In a saucepan, combine all the peanut sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat until smooth and heated through.
5. Serve the chicken satay with the peanut sauce on the side.
