Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 stalk Green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  4. 4. Serve in bowls, topped with boiled eggs and green onions.
