- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. On the non-buttered side, layer mozzarella, chicken, marinara sauce, and parmesan.
3. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
