Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. On the non-buttered side, layer mozzarella, chicken, marinara sauce, and parmesan.
  3. 3. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
