Chicken Parmesan

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
