Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
