Chicken Milanesa Torta

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 4 units Bolillo rolls, sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 unit Tomato, sliced
- 1 unit Avocado, sliced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Spread mayonnaise on bolillo rolls. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried chicken.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
