  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 4 units Bolillo rolls, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 unit Tomato, sliced
  • 1 unit Avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on bolillo rolls. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried chicken.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
