Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
