Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken slices, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
