Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
  5. Stir in spinach and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes and serve hot.
