Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 2 cups Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 tablespoon Flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and stir well to coat.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Add the corn kernels, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
