Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the soaked cedar plank.
Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
