Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
