Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined. Add the oil and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
