Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
