  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  2. 2. Once sugar is completely melted, add butter and stir until melted and combined.
  3. 3. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Let cool before using.
