  • 1 unit Zucchini sliced
  • 1 unit Red Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Yellow Squash sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 4 units Ciabatta Rolls split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill vegetables for 3-4 minutes on each side, until tender.
  4. 4. Assemble sandwiches with grilled vegetables and provolone cheese on toasted ciabatta rolls.
