  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
