Ingredients

  • 4 Pork tenderloin slices pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 Sandwich buns split and toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork tenderloin slices until thin.
  2. 2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each pork slice in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the breaded pork slices until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve on toasted sandwich buns.
