Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. 3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. 5. Fry the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
