- 4 cups Bread, cubed preferably stale
- 2 cups Milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
Place the cubed bread in a baking dish. Pour the milk mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
