  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Bourbon
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, garlic, ginger, and water.
