- 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
Fry chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well coated.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
