  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the onion into a blooming shape.
  2. 2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. In another bowl, whisk milk and eggs.
  4. 4. Dip the onion in the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Fry the onion in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
