  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the black beans and salsa to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and shredded cheese.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Spoon the rice and cheese mixture onto each tortilla, followed by the black bean mixture.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve immediately.
