  • 1 can Beer
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, add the beer, sliced onion, and butter. Bring to a simmer.
  3. 3. Add the brats to the saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the brats from the saucepan and place them on the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
  5. 5. Serve the brats with the onions on buns, if desired.
