Beef Tips and Noodles Recipe
A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender beef tips served over egg noodles.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Red wine optional
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package Egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth and red wine, if using. Bring to a simmer.
5. Return beef tips to the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Serve beef tips over cooked egg noodles.
