Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add the butter, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
  7. 7. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
