Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pcs Onion diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the sliced carrots and chopped cabbage to the pot.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth and add the bay leaves.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  7. 7. Remove bay leaves before serving.
