- 2 medium zucchinis sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each zucchini slice into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
