Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Spaghetti
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by half of the meat sauce. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Repeat the layers.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
