Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic.
  3. Place the scallops in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
