Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Haddock about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
