Ingredients 

Filling

  • 6 pcs Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water warm
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and mix until dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin rectangle. Brush with melted butter.
  5. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up the dough, starting from one of the short sides.
  6. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
