  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Gradually add to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped apples.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
