Salad
- 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
- 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish
Dressing
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt until smooth.
Add the cooked macaroni, eggs, celery, onion, bell pepper, and relish to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
