Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi tuna, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Ahi tuna, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Serve immediately.
