- 1 lb Ahi tuna, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 Burger buns
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Ahi tuna, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Serve immediately.
